Services for Lonna M. Drown, 45, Tonganoxie, were Saturday, April 7, 2001, at Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs. Burial was in Mount Sidney Cemetery in Linwood.
Mrs. Drown died Wednesday, April 4, 2001, in a traffic accident near Reno. A news story about the accident appears on page 3A
She was born July 10, 1955, in Excelsior Springs, Mo.
She was the nursing home administrator at Hickory Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Oskaloosa and previously had worked at several other area nursing homes. She formerly had been employed at Puritan-Bennett Corporation of Lenexa, where she had worked for more than 10 years, and for the Tutera Group Care Facilities as a regional manager for a four-state area.
Survivors include her husband, Dennis, of the home; two sons, Eli and Aaron, both attending school in Manhattan, Kan.; her parents, Jetta Deanne and Robert Cutshall, Kansas City, Mo.; five brothers, Rick Duncan, Bonner Springs, Kevin Duncan, Bridgeton, N.J., Joe Duncan, DeSoto, Bobby Cutshall, Kansas City, Mo., and Randy Cutshall, Kansas City, Mo.; three sisters, Jeannie Rueckert, Kansas City, Mo., Vickie Battaglia, Kansas City, Mo., and Diana Haynes, Tonganoxie.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association, sent in care of the funeral home, 214 Oak St., Bonner Springs, 66012.
