Danny W. Clark
1962-2001

Graveside services for Danny W. Clark, 39, Auburn, were Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2001, at Hubbel Hill Cemetery, Tonganoxie.
Mr. Clark died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2001, in Topeka. He was born May 12, 1962, in Lawrence, the son of Ed Clark and Nancy G. (Cox) Asher.
Mr. Clark was an auto mechanic.
He married Melissa K. Miskimen on Dec. 22, 2000. She survives of the home. Other survivors include his mother, Missouri; his father, Tonganoxie; a son, Derek, Lawrence; two stepsons, Tyler and Ryan Green, both of Auburn; a daughter, Kayla Clark, Lawrence; two sisters, Deborah McHugh, Lawrence, and Dodi Koontz, Hays; and grandparents, Ezra and Florence Warren, Lawrence.

Ransley McNulty
1926-2001

Military graveside services for Ransley McNulty, 75, Tonganoxie, were Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2001, at Maple Grove Cemetery in Tonganoxie.
Mr. McNulty died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2001, at Carilion Bedford Memorial Hospital in Bedford, Va. He was born Aug. 4, 1926, in Grantville, the son of Thomas C. and Clara (Husser) McNulty.
He was a farmer and retired rural mail carrier for the U.S. Post Office in Tonganoxie. He was a World War II and Korea veteran who served in the U.S. Navy. He was an active member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9271.
He married Marilyn June Miers on July 11, 1951, at Leavenworth. She survives, of the home. Other survivors include a son, Tom McNulty, Lawrence; a daughter, Vicki McMullin, Tonganoxie; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

Gary Lincoln Scott
Betty Louise Scott

Memorial services for Gary Lincoln Scott, 61, and Betty Louise Scott, 69, rural Tonganoxie, were Friday, Oct. 12, 2001, at Metropolitan Church of the Nazarene, Kansas City, Kan. Graveside services were Saturday, Oct. 13 in Sunset Gardens Cemetery in Marshall, Mo.
The couple died Oct. 7, 2001, at their home. Leavenworth County sheriff’s officers say Mr. Scott shot and killed his wife, before turning the gun on himself.
Mrs. Scott was born Nov. 1, 1931, in Kansas City, Kan., the daughter of Harlow W. and Nellie Wanetta (Winner) Reynolds. She worked for Macy’s department store and Nazarene Publishing before devoting her life to being a homemaker.
Mr. Scott was born Feb. 28, 1940, in Marshall Junction, Mo., the son of George L. and Mildred E. (Dollard) Scott. He was a farmer and a truck driver for Yellow Freight and Wilcox.
Both were members of Metropolitan Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include a daughter, Shannon E. Roussy of France; three grandchildren; and Mr. Scott’s brother, David O. Scott.
