Junior high wrestlers post perfect start
This year's Tonganoxie Junior High seventh- and eighth-grade wrestling teams started their seasons Nov. 3 with home double duals against Lansing and Perry.
The Warriors wrestled Lansing first and posted 19 pins and one technical fall on their way to a 119 -- 60 win.
After a short rest the grapplers faced Perry.
The Warriors again came away on top, getting 18 pins as they finished with a 108--38 win.
Last Thursday, the Warriors traveled to Oskaloosa to wrestle Holton and Oskaloosa.
