Agenda Item No. 1: Consideration of a Proposed Amendment to Article 22 Special Use Permits and Temporary Use Permits of the 2006 Leavenworth County Zoning and Subdivision Regulations. Such amendment would add Veterinarian office, clinic, hospital or facility allowed under a Special Use Permit in the R-Rural District.

Agenda Item No. 2: Consideration on an application (SUP 07-016) for the operation an Equine Veterinary Hospital on a tract of land located in Section 22, Township 11S, Range 22E also known as 17041 158th St. in Leavenworth County, Kansas. Agenda Item No. 3: Consideration on an application (SUP 07-017) for a Special Use Permit on a Water Stand Pipe for RWD #6 on the Southeast 150 feet of a 182-acre tract in the NW1/4 of Section 7, Township 11S, Range 22E, generally located NW of the intersection of Sandusky Road and 234th/McLouth Road.
