8 a.m., Leavenworth County Commissioners will attend a Meeting at City Hall with City Commission of Leavenworth in executive session to discuss possible acquisition of real property.

Monday, Feb. 5, 2007


Commissioner Dean Oroke will travel to Washington D.C.

9 a.m., Commissioner J.C. Tellefson will travel to Topeka to attend a joint session of the Kansas Legislature. Commissioners will review bills for the month of January throughout the day.
5 p.m., Commissioners will attend a special meeting at Leavenworth Area Development Corporation.

Commissioner Dean Oroke will travel to Washington D.C.
9 .m., Public comment and administrative business. Sheriff Dave Zoellner will discuss bids on vehicles.

Agenda Item No. 1: Consideration on the renewal application (SUP 07-001) for a Special Use for the operation of horse boarding/training on a tract of land in Section 19, Township 9S, Range 22E also known as 26723 179th Street in Leavenworth County, Kansas. Agenda Item No. 2: Consideration on the renewal application (SUP 07-002) for a Special Use Permit for a small limited business (Wood Shop) on a tract of land located in Section 23, Township 11S, Range 22E also known as 17126 158th in Leavenworth County, Kansas. 10:30 a.m., Mike Spickelmier, deputy county engineer, will hold a study session, "Public Works Operational Overview."
11:30 a.m., Commissioners will attend Leavenworth County Area Development.
1:30 p.m., Tom Olson, safety representative, will discuss "Kansas Eastern Regional Trust (KERIT) Overview.
2:30 p.m, Discussion regarding I-70 interchange project.

Friday, Feb. 9, 2007


Commissioners will discuss all such other business that may come before the commission.
All meetings are open to the public.
