Mildred May Ehart

Memorial services for Mildred May Ehart, 87, McLouth, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at Jarbalo United Methodist Church. Private inurnment will be in Fall Creek Cemetery in Leavenworth.

Mrs. Ehart died Sunday, Oct. 28, 2007, at her home.

She was born May 3, 1920, in McLouth, the daughter of William S. and Nancy Jane Lilly Dobbs.

Mrs. Ehart was a telephone operator in Leavenworth and Fort Leavenworth. She was a member of Jarbalo United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday school.

She married Henry J. Ehart Jr. on Feb. 16, 1943, in McLouth. He survives, of the home.

Other survivors include three sons, Michael Ehart, Prim, Ark., Russell Ehart, McLouth, and Jay Ehart, Kansas City, Kan.; a daughter, Sharon Plum, De Soto; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the church before the services.

Quisenberry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
