for outside asphalt sales for the Pleasant Street project.

h. Consider approval of Payment to O'Donnell & Sons Construction in the amount of $12,601.32

for outside asphalt sales for the City Maintenance Building.

l. Consider approval of Payment to Central Tank Coatings, Inc. in the amount of $63,100.00 for

sandblasting and painting of the City's water tank.

a. Update on Public Works Building project.

b. Consider award of construction contract for Tonganoxie Baseball Field Construction Improvements.

c. Consider authorizing Mayor to sign lease agreement documents for the purchase of two police cruisers.

d. Consider authorization of GPW & Associates air quality problem approach for Police Department and City Hall: Step 1. Problem Definition find out the nature of the problem, is it building related, site related or system related. Step 2. Investigation this involves field tests using an air balance contractor and/or a biological testing contractor (Healthy Buildings Inc.) and Step 3. Reporting the results of the investigation assembled and put into a report with a cost estimate for remediation and a work plan and specifications/drawings would be prepared.

e. FY 2009 Budget Proposal - Consider approval of a motion directing the publication of the FY2009 budget in the local newspaper and schedule a public hearing for the August 11, 2008 city council meeting.
