McLouth Happenings

One Accord, featuring Linda Majors and her daughters, Becky and Nikki, will present a Worship Concert of powerful, inspirational gospel music and testimonies at 10:45 a.m. Sunday, during worship service at First Baptist Church of McLouth. Everyone is invited.

• Parents as Teachers Playgroup will be from 10-11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 4, at the McLouth Community Center/Library. This is a fun, free, educational program for any family with children ages infant through 3, sponsored by McLouth Unified School District No. 342 and the Kansas State Department of Education. • Parents As Teachers, in conjunction with Jefferson County Early Childhood Council, is organizing its fourth annual Santa Express Toy Fair to help Jefferson County Families have a better Christmas. They need donations of new or gently used toys and books. Toys are for ages infant through 8. Donation boxes will be placed at the McLouth Public Library and Open Arms Preschool until Dec. 4.
