October 14, 2008

For the first time this season, the McLouth High football team failed to score. The Bulldogs, playing their fourth road game in five weeks on Friday night at Valley Falls, lost to VFHS, 33-0.

MHS senior quarterback Derrick Crouse completed seven of his 17 passes for 42 yards and threw one interception in defeat.

Valley Falls led, 20-0, at the half and added 13 more points in the fourth quarter.

McLouth (2-4) now has two straight home contests, beginning this Friday at 7 p.m. when Jefferson County North visits Stan Braksick Sports Complex.
