THS softball schedule update

The Tonganoxie High softball schedule for the coming weeks has some changes in it.
A Tuesday home doubleheader against Santa Fe Trail has been moved to Friday, April 30 at 4:30 p.m. due to the funeral for THS graduate Connor Olson.
After Thursday’s games at Bonner Springs were rained out, they have been rescheduled for Monday, May 3 at 4:30 p.m.
With all the reshuffling, the Chieftains’ next games are Thursday, April 29 at Perry-Lecompton at 4:30 p.m., as originally scheduled.

What’s the best way to spend a snow day?
Shovel your driveway and paths, check neighbors’ driveways and then grab all your closest little ones and find the biggest sledding hill. Snowmen also are a must. Snow days are a great time to catch up on missed shows and much-needed rest. I love snowdays, they haven’t changed one bit even as an adult, although I am sure not all working adults can say that, but I am happy I can. I was excited to see the snowmen and other snow sculptures throughout the Lawrence and Kansas City metro areas.
