June 1, 2010

The McLouth High track teams had seven Bulldogs representing MHS at the 100th KSHSAA State Track and Field Championships this past weekend in Wichita.

Anne Courtney, Hunter Koch, Jordan Sparks, Terri Stewart, Chandler Tharpe, Marc Walbridge and Kami Wisdom all competed in Class 3A events at Cessna Stadium.

Courtney had the best showing of the MHS athletes. She was ninth in the 100-meter hurdles prelims, coming a third of a second away from eighth place, which would have qualified her for the finals.
