McLouth, Leavenworth youths vying for Shrine Rodeo royalty tonight

A 16-year-old McLouth youth and a 16-year-old Leavenworth youth are vying for the title of Abdallah Shrine Rodeo queen tonight at the Leavenworth County Fairgrounds in Tonganoxie.

Cheyenne Patton, McLouth, and Paige Boylan, 16, Leavenworth, are two of five candidates. The other three are Lexi Potter, 18, Wakarusa; Brittanie Horseman, 18, Weston, Mo.; and Amy Hudlemeyer, 21, Maryville, Mo.

The rodeo queen is to be crowned between 7:30 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. tonight at the Abdallah Shrine Rodeo at the Leavenworth County Fairgrounds in Tonganoxie.
