MLS conference semifinals conclude tonight
Sporting Kansas City will play host to the Colorado Rapids at 7 p.m. today at LIVESTRONG Sporting Park in the second leg of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
The semifinals are a cumulative goal series where the team that scores the most combined goals advances to the next round. Sporting KC has a comfortable advantage entering tonight’s game thanks to a 2-0 victory Sunday at Colorado. Teal Bunbury scored both goals in the match.
Tonight’s game will be televised live on FOX Soccer and FOX Deportes, as well as on the radio at 810 WHB.
If Sporting Kansas City wins the series against Colorado, it will advance to the Eastern Conference Final on Sunday, Nov. 6, at LIVESTRONG Sporting Park.
