The Leavenworth County Commission meets regularly at 9 a.m. each Monday and Thursday at the Leavenworth County Courthouse, 300 Walnut St. in Leavenworth.

Agenda for the week of Oct. 10:

Monday, Oct. 10

9 a.m.: Public comment/administrative business

  • Approval of minutes of Oct. 6 meeting
  • John Kaufman, Leavenworth Waterworks

9:15 a.m.: CW Lawns special use permit

10 a.m.: Public hearing on the alteration of the boundaries of Leavenworth County Sewer District No. 3

  • Consideration of a proposed assessment resolution for Sewer District No. 3, to be considered for final adoption or amendment by the Board of County Commissioners on Oct. 24 at 10 a.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 11

Commissioners will conduct interviews for executive secretary

Thursday, Oct. 13

9 a.m.: Public comment/administrative business

  • Approval of minutes of Oct. 10 meeting
  • Approval of agenda for week of Oct. 17
  • IS department — audio-visual equipment

9:30 a.m.: Public works monthly report

11:30 a.m.: Leavenworth County Development Corporation board meeting

Commissioners will attend open house at Driver's License Bureau

This agenda has been changed to move the public works monthly report to Thursday, as announced by the county Friday afternoon.
