I want to thank everyone who sent me a birthday card celebrating my 85th birthday, which was Sunday. My family had a picnic for me that evening. Those attending were Steve and Gail Fitzwater, David and Jane Turner, David Jr. and Tracey Turner and Sydney, Jess Barnett, Derek and Luci Barnett and Kyle, Eric Barnett, Kathy Stimac, Terry Drennon, Kipp Barnett, Loren Barnett and Taylor, Jesse Blake Barnett, Jessica Blevins, Tammy Mooberry, Rhiannon Mooberry, Ryan Seefkas, Paul and Lynn Heskett, Michelle and Isaac, Kody and Julie Heskett, Julia Carter and Shianne and Thamar Barnett.

Sydney Turner spent Sunday night with her grandparents, David and Jane Turner.

Paul and Lynn Heskett, Michelle and Isaac and Julia Carter and Shianne stayed the night with Thamar Barnett and Kody and Julie stayed with the Mooberrys.

Orville and Rosie Oelschlaeger were Labor Day guests of Gary and Linda Blanton of rural Highland. Others there were Gene and Barbara Speaks. Helen McBroom visited Orville and Rosie Thursday.
