By Mirror Staff Reports - | Sep 12, 2011

The McLouth High football team put up 485 yards of total offense Friday and rolled to its second straight blowout victory.

The Bulldogs scored six touchdowns and drubbed Valley Falls, 52-6, at Stan Braksick Stadium.

Senior MHS running back Shawn Dailey helped set the tone early in the game with three touchdown runs on his way to 116 yards on 14 carries.

Junior quarterback Marc Walbridge completed five of his seven pass attempts — including a 28-yard TD to Tim Culter — and ran the ball nine times for 89 yards and another score.

Dakota Cop and John Courtney also scored rushing touchdowns for McLouth (2-0), which got a scoring boost from an Alen Kramer sack in the end zone for a safety, as well as a field goal and five extra points from kicker John Berry.

At 7 p.m. Friday, the Bulldogs play their first road game of the season at Immaculata, in Leavenworth.
