Local KSU students earn semester honors

More than 3,350 Kansas State University students have earned semester honors for their academic performance in the spring 2013 semester, including several local students.

Students earning a grade point average for the semester of 3.75 or above on at least 12 credit hours receive semester honors along with commendations from their deans. The honors also are recorded on their permanent academic records.

Students earning semester honors include:

• From Basehor, Brittne Brannan, Anna Mark, Bradley Peterson, Kimberly Peterson and Jenny Swabb.

• From Bonner Springs, Alexandria Bright, Jared Burns, Jordan DeTar Newbert, Kara Douglas. Ben Kamm, Morgan Lietzen, Jaci Livers, Alex Slater, Alex Vitt and Benjamin Zuk.

• From Linwood, Alexander Cox, Spencer Dove, Lacie Falk and Haley Field.

• From Tonganoxie, Mitchell DeHoff, Erika Flores, Melissa Hughes, Kelly Leonard, Sarah Swaim, Logan Terry and Lindsey Truesdell.
