amount of $8,427.25.

d) Consider approval of payment to BG Consultants for Chieftain Trail, water

pressure analysis and school inspection in the amount of $10,763.73.

e) Consider approval of payment to Blue Cross Blue Shield for employee health

insurance in the amount of $27,844.03.

f) Consider approval of payment to BPU for April 2014 water supply in the amount

of $2,580.49.

g) Consider approval of payment to the Design Energy Group for inspections at the

new elementary school n the amount of $6,475.00.

h) Consider approval of Leavenworth Jefferson for electric for the sewer pump in

the amount of $2,788.20.

i) Consider approval to United Rentals for excavator rental for the library in the

amount of $2,772.20.

j) Consider approval of payment to Westar Energy for energy use in the amount of

$8,981.94.
