Survivors include his ex-wife, Patricia Folk, Mission; a son, Richard E., Kansas City, Kan.; a daughter, Cynthia M. Miller, Lenexa; two brothers, John, Basehor, and Ralph, Tonganoxie; two sisters, Dorothy Kramer, Basehor, and Ann Wagner, Tonganoxie; and two grandchildren.
