James Bernard Ferguson 1926 - 2010 Kansas City, Kan.

Mass of Christian Burial for James Bernard Ferguson, 84, Kansas City, Kan., will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 25, at Christ the King Catholic Church Church, 3024 N. 53rd St., Kansas City, Kan.
Burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church. The rosary will be prayed to conclude the visitation.
Mr. Ferguson died Thursday, May 20, 2010, at Westwood Manor Nursing Home, Topeka.
He was born Dec. 26, 1926, in Kansas City, Kan., to Roy and Anna Marie (Cassidy) Ferguson. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1943-47 and served on the U.S.S. Boliver, U.S.S. Salisbury Sound and the Waipio Amphibious Operation Base during World War II. James worked in automotive sales and then retired from Boer Investigations. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rosalie M. Ferguson, of 58 years in 2008 and son Mark D. Ferguson in 1997.
He is survived by three grandchildren, Michael B. Ferguson of Tonganoxie; Eric J. Ferguson of Kansas City, Kan., and Miranda D. Anthony of Tonganoxie; and daughter in-law Katheryn F. Ferguson, also of Tonganoxie.
