I understand the health issues ... but I feel that states are taking away the right to free enterprise ... by not allowing a business owner to market their own rules when trying to operate under all the other imposed state regulations.

How do you stand on a proposed statewide ban on smoking in indoor public places?
Should we ban drinking alcohol because it causes health problems? How about cheap fast foods? Should we make it law to have the proper BMI (body mass index, proper weight)?
If smoking is so bad that we need to ban it in "public places" then ban it completely, otherwise let businesses control what happens in their buildings and let the state control their buildings (cities and counties as well).
