“Governor Sebelius and I served together in the Legislature. While I disagree with her political philosophy, I believe she is intellectually suited to serve in this capacity.”

Without regard to the governors intellect or to her record of public service I think she will do whatever the president tells her to do. I think she will expand the roll of the federal government to provide a single payer health care system (that has failed or degraded the services provided everywhere it has been tried) and to undermine the private health care system. But my views are a bit skewed....
So with that in mind if you think that getting more people reliant on government health care is going to do a good job then the Gov. should do a wonderful job. If, on the other hand, you think that government has over stepped its duties as outlined in the constitution then no she will continue the history established by past administrations and usurp the powers they have been granted.
