Do you think a 100-item-per-cardholder limit on Johnson County Library materials is necessary?

I think a cap is totally reasonable. There’s no way someone can be using 100 items in a three-week (or two-week) time span. That seems excessive.

With far less than even 1 percent of the county exceeding this limit today, I’m not sure it will have much impact.

If someone has a demonstrable reason, then OK. Otherwise, what average person needs to check out 100 items? My 7-year-old has trouble keeping track of 10.
