How should the city handle traffic concerns with regards to U.S. Highway 24-40 at Stone Creek Drive, as well as Laming Road?

“From what I've read, it's a complicated issue. Of course, safety is most important. I'm in favor of requesting KDOT to lower the speed limit, which, if initiated, should make the intersection safer, yet have no negative effect on the businesses at Stone Creek.”

“Living off County Road 5, I use both roads quite a bit. It is a pain to have to wait for ages in order to be able to turn.”

“There is enough traffic coming along U.S. Highway 24-40 that I think the city should seriously look at frontage roads. That way, traffic can keep flowing through and those who live along those areas could have safer access to U.S. 24-40.”
