Tim and Pam Volk dote on Mathias, a 5-foot-tall, 40-pound visitor who's staying at their house. This Santa is unique not only in its larger size, but also because this is the first Santa for which Pam Volk has sculpted hands. The Volks sell their "Santiersmen" about as fast as they make them, and they are especially hot items this time of year. Most of the Santas, including this one, are given Biblical names.
