On Friday, Natalie Frese helps her son, 15-month-old Sawyer Frese, choose a book from one of the new shelves in the children's section of the Tonganoxie Public Library. Claudia Campbell, the library's interim director, said the new shelves were compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. She said one of the library's goals was to make all of the shelves ADA accessible.
