Rilee Garner, 7, and her four-month-old boxer named Zoe, await their turn for the Tonganoxie Recreation Commission's best-dressed dog competition at Chieftain Park Saturday. The boxer was presented to a group of judges wearing nothing else, but a pair of plaid boxer shorts. The competition was part of the Rec Commissions summer kick-off party.
