David Jones, TRC board chairman, talks about this year’s inductees into the TRC Wall of Fame, Mark Zerrer, seated at left, and Jim Cackler. Zerrer worked as TRC director from 1994-2003, while Cackler is a former Tonganoxie school teacher who was involved with TRC as coach, umpire or groundskeeper from 1971-1998.
