If the commission didn't continue to waste county money on things like a useless airport, I'm sure they could afford more services that the county actually needs and wants. Perhaps it's also time to reduce the amount of salary the un-qualified administrator receives, i'm sure instead they will cut more employee benefits and have another RIF/layoffs. Way to run the county into the ground boys.
How do you save money cutting sick leave? People get paid the same salary for 3 sick days as 13. I'm confused but happy to see the BOCC is asking for employee imput.
