* UNTIL 800 AM CDT.
* AT 328 AM CDT...RAINFALL FROM THUNDERSTORMS EARLIER TONIGHT HAVE
CAUSED SOME LOW WATER AREAS TO FLOOD IN THE WARNING AREA. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 2.5 INCHES OCCURRED IN A SHORT TIME WITH RAPID
WATER RISES IN SOME AREAS.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
OCCUR. LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE...ARCADIA...ARMA...
