* EXCESSIVE RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO FALL OVER AREAS WHERE RECENT
HEAVY RAINFALL HAS ALREADY OCCURRED.
* HEAVY RAINFALL COULD LEAD TO RAPID RISES OF CREEKS AND STREAMS
AND FLOODING OF CITY STREETS. SUSTAINED HEAVY RAINS COULD ALSO
LEAD TO RISES AND POSSIBLE FLOODING OF RIVERS AND TRIBUTARIES.
