HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN
HAS ALREADY FALLEN AND MINOR FLOODING IS LIKLEY IN DRAINAGE AREAS
AND LOW LYING AREAS.
* CREEKS...STREAMS...AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY
SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE DANGERS OF FLOODING.
