.MOISTURE WILL AGAIN STREAM INTO PARTS OF CENTRAL THROUGH
SOUTHEAST KANSAS TONIGHT. THIS MOISTURE WILL BE TRANSPORTED
NORTHWARD OVER A FRONTAL BOUNDARY ACROSS SOUTHERN KANSAS TONIGHT
WITH NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO
3 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED. THE HEAVY RAIN
WILL MOVE OFF INTO MISSOURI DURING THE MORNING HOURS TUESDAY.

CENTRAL KANSAS...ANDERSON...COFFEY...FRANKLIN...GEARY...LYON...
MORRIS...OSAGE AND WABAUNSEE. IN NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS...
DICKINSON AND OTTAWA.
* FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING
* HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO FALL OVER THE WATCH AREA
TONIGHT...WITH RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES EXPECTED WITH
LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. THIS HEAVY RAIN IS FORECAST TO
FALL OVER AREAS THAT HAVE EXPERIENCED HEAVY RAINFALL AND
FLOODING OVER THE LAST SEVERAL DAYS. THE ADDITIONAL HEAVY
RAINFALL WILL LIKELY CAUSE ADDITIONAL FLOODING AND WORSEN THE
ONGOING FLOOD SITUATION.
