BOURBON...CHEROKEE AND CRAWFORD COUNTIES...
AT 247 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SLOW
MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.
RAINFALL ESTIMATES OF ONE TO THREE INCHES HAS FALLEN WITH ADDITIONAL
ONE TO TWO INCHES LIKELY IN THE WARNED AREA.
RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
OCCUR. CREEKS...STREAMS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY
SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODING.
