* AT 1224 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN WHICH WILL CAUSE FLOODING...RADAR ESTIMATES SHOWED THAT
AROUND TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF THE WARNED
AREA. MORE EPISODES OF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE
OVERNIGHT HOURS...WHICH COULD WORSEN THE FLOODING PROBLEMS.
