COMBINE WITH RECENT SNOW TO CREATE AREAS OF SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED
VISIBILITY IN BLOWING SNOW. THE SNOW AND WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
DIMINISH THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY
REPLACES THE HIGH WIND WARNING PREVIOUSLY IN EFFECT.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GOODLAND HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM
MDT /11 PM CDT/ THIS EVENING.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES
ARE EXPECTED....MAINLY
* TIMING...STRONG WINDS AND PERIODS OF SNOW WILL GRADUALLY
DIMINISH THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS.
* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL FALL TO AROUND A QUARTER OF A MILE AT
TIMES DUE TO BLOWING SNOW. VISIBILITIES CAN CHANGE RAPIDLY OVER
SHORT DISTANCES.
* WINDS...NORTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.
