* AT 1234 AM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING FROM
HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. OVER 6 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
OVER THE LAST 6 HOURS...WITH EAGLE CREEK AND ALL OF ITS
TRIBUTARIES AND THE NORTH BRANCH OF THE VERDIGRIS RIVER AND ITS
TRIBUTARIES BEING FLOODED. ALL ROADS SOUTH OF ROAD 70 IN SOUTHERN
LYON COUNTY ARE IMPASSIBLE AT THIS TIME EXCEPT HIGHWAY 99.
