WATER DUE TO CREEKS RUNNING HIGH AND OUT OF THEIR BANKS IN THE
WARNED AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED INTO THE OVERNIGHT
HOURS...AS ADDITIONAL RISES ON AREA CREEKS CONTINUE DUE TO
