AREAS...ALLEN...CHAUTAUQUA...ELK...GREENWOOD...LABETTE...
MONTGOMERY...NEOSHO...WILSON AND WOODSON
* THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING.
* SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL...WILL
CONTINUE TO AFFECT SOUTHEAST KANSAS EARLY THIS MORNING.
WIDESPREAD RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED
THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING WITH MORE EXTREME AMOUNTS OF 4 TO 8
INCHES POSSIBLE NEAR THE OKLAHOMA BORDER. THE MAJORITY OF THE
HEAVY RAIN WILL OCCUR EARLY THIS MORNING...WITH LIGHTER TO
MODERATE AMOUNTS FROM LATE THIS MORNING INTO SATURDAY MORNING.
