...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...
THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR
* A PORTION OF SOUTHEAST KANSAS...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
AREAS...LABETTE...MONTGOMERY AND NEOSHO.
* THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.
* HEAVY RAIN FROM THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION BILL WILL
IMPACT SOUTHEAST KANSAS THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. TWO TO FOUR
INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS PORTIONS OF LABETTE
COUNTY AND ANY ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL LIKELY LEAD TO FLASH
FLOODING.
* RIVERS AND STREAMS MAY RISE WITH FLASH FLOODING A POSSIBILITY.
