FEW TENTHS OF AN INCH TONIGHT BEFORE ENDING BEFORE SUNRISE.
STORM TOTAL SNOWFALL WILL GENERALLY RANGE FROM 4 TO 7 INCHES.
* WIND CHILL VALUES...AVERAGING 15 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO
THROUGH LATE MORNING.
* WINDS...SUSTAINED FROM THE NORTH AROUND 20 MPH WITH HIGHER
GUSTS...DIMINISHING TO AROUND 15 MPH AFTER SUNRISE WEDNESDAY.
* IMPACTS...ANY ADDITIONAL LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATION...ALONG WITH
REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING SNOW...WILL CREATE DIFFICULT
TRAVEL CONDITIONS. COLD RELATED INJURIES SUCH AS FROST BITE AND
HYPOTHERMIA WILL OCCUR IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
