* ACCUMULATION...SNOW AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE WIDELY ACROSS
THE WARNED AREA WITH THE HEAVIER SNOW MOST LIKELY NORTH AND WEST
OF BELLEVILLE. NORTH OF THIS LINE...TOTAL SNOW OF 3 TO 6 INCHES
ARE POSSIBLE.
* WIND...WINDS WILL GUST UP TO 35 MPH TODAY. WINDS WILL BE TURNING
TO THE NORTHWEST BY LATE TODAY.
* VISIBILITY...WHERE HEAVY SNOW FALLS...VISIBILITY MAY BE REDUCED
TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES.
* MAIN IMPACT...EXPECT TRAVEL TO BE DIFFICULT WHERE SNOW IS
