OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN ACROSS NORTHERN EDWARDS AND
SOUTHERN STAFFORD COUNTIES OVERNIGHT. AN AREA OF MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAIN WILL CROSS THIS SAME AREA BETWEEN 6 AM AND 9 AM WITH AN
ADDITION ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN POSSIBLE.
