* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO 6 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE, MOSTLY
ACROSS FAR NORTHWEST MISSOURI. ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF A QUARTER INCH
OR GREATER ARE POSSIBLE.
* SIGNIFICANT REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY ARE POSSIBLE.
* THE ICE COULD RESULT IN DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS. STRONG WINDS
MONDAY MORNING COULD CAUSE TREE DAMAGE AND POWER OUTAGES.
