WILLIAMSON. IN SOUTHEAST MISSOURI...BOLLINGER...CAPE
GIRARDEAU...CARTER...PERRY MO AND WAYNE MO.
* UNTIL 7 AM CDT THURSDAY
* WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE ALREADY PRODUCED 1 TO
2 INCHES OF RAIN OVER PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST MISSOURI AND
SOUTHERN ILLINOIS. ANOTHER ONE TO TWO INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH
EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.
* THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVERNIGHT AS
LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN TRAVELS ACROSS THE REGION AND OVERWHELMS DRAINAGE
