WARNED AREA. 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF THE
WARNED AREA OVER THE PAST HOUR. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES IS
EXPECTED TO FALL OVER THE WARNED AREA IN THE NEXT 2 TO 3 HOURS.
