HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY AND
WILL RESULT IN AN INCREASED RISK FOR FLASH FLOODING. FOR TONIGHT
AND WEDNESDAY...AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL IS
POSSIBLE.
