HEAVY RAIN DUE TO THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL
STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. AN ESTIMATED TWO TO THREE
INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN. THROUGH 3 AM HOPKINS REPORTED
1.74 INCHES OF RAIN.

GILMAN CITY...PATTONSBURG AND DOWNING.
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AVERAGING AROUND AN INCH WITH LOCALIZED AMOUNTS
APPROACHING TWO INCHES ARE EXPECTED OVER THE AREA. THIS ADDITIONAL
RAIN WILL MAKE MINOR FLOODING.
