SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS
RECENTLY FALLEN ON ALREADY SATURATED GROUNDS...WITH ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL EXPECTED.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
