* AT 553 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO
TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN.
* CREEKS...STREAMS...AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY
SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE DANGERS OF FLOODING.
