AND THE MISSOURI BOOTHEEL...
.STRONG LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE INTO THE OHIO VALLEY ON WEDNESDAY
WITH A BAND OF SNOWFALL EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS NORTHEAST
ARKANSAS INTO THE MISSOURI BOOTHEEL. RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO CHANGE
TO SNOW THIS MORNING FROM WEST TO EAST BECOMING MODERATE TO
LOCALLY HEAVY AT TIMES THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING ON WEDNESDAY.
ONE TO TWO INCHES IS EXPECTED WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE
OVER ELEVATED TERRAIN IN RANDOLPH AND LAWRENCE COUNTIES.

WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST
TODAY.
* SNOW...1 TO 2 INCHES OF SNOW WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
ACROSS ELEVATED TERRAIN.
* TIMING...3 AM CST UNTIL NOON CST WEDNESDAY. BEST CHANCE FOR
SNOW WILL BE BETWEEN 5 AM CST AND 10 AM CST.
* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS AND SNOW WILL COMBINED TO REDUCE
VISIBILITIES. IF THE SNOW COMES DOWN HEAVY ENOUGH IT WILL
ACCUMULATE ON ROADS. DRIVING CONDITIONS WILL BECOME HAZARDOUS.
